New trends of CES 2018 ON TECHNOLOGY:SMART SPEAKERs

Google is now making a serious run at Amazon’s Echo lineup of products and its latest smart speaker just hit the market, the Google Home Max, a larger version of the $129 Google Home speaker.
The $399 Max sports dual 4.5-inch woofers, custom tweeters, and Smart Sound, which uses machine learning to automatically adjust the equalizer settings to match the acoustics of your room. Like other smart Google devices, including the Pixel phone and new Pixlebook laptop, it also comes with the voice-activated Google Assistant, an intelligent personal assistant.
“There’s a real war going on between Google and Amazon, which is a good thing because we need those companies in the lead with their devices to build a smart home around. Whereas before there about 100 companies and no one knew who to rally behind,” Dells’s Azor said, commenting on what he expects to stand out at CES.
In addition, LG will show off its ThinQ Speaker, LG’s first premium AI speak

moto 360

MOTOROLA MOTO 360 The Moto 360 has been a long time coming. Never mind the wait between the watch being announced and finally finally getting into folks' hands. From the first time we saw the Moto 360, it was clear this wasn’t a spur-of-the-moment product. Clearly designed with purpose, it’s not just a display on your wrist. This was the Android Wear smartwatch we wanted to wear. Round. Black. Big, but sleek. (And not quite as big as you think.) It’s a smartwatch that looks like a watch. Not just a gadget. Moto 360 boot animation A good bit of that will be in the eye (and on the wrist) of the beholder. The practical matters of Android Wear in the round form factor are more easily discussed here, and in the case of the Moto 360 aren’t all that different from what we’ve experienced on other Android Wear devices. This, then, is our review of the Moto 360. About this review We’re writing this review after two weeks' worth of use with the Moto 360. We first used a loane...

Android oreo updates roll out in mi A1 in xiaomi

Since early December, Xiaomi's been seeking individuals to participate in a beta of Android Oreo for the Mi A1. News broke later in the month that Oreo for the phone introduced fast-charging, but there was still no timeframe as to when it'd be available for all. However, as a treat for ringing in the new year, Xiaomi's announced that Oreo is officially rolling out to all Mi A1 units. Xiaomi will push Oreo to the Mi A1 in batches, so if you don't have an OTA update quite yet, it should arrive on your handset within a couple days. In addition to the previously mentioned fast charging, Oreo for the Mi A1 adds picture-in-picture, notification dots, Google's Autofill API, improved battery/performance, and everything else that we've come to love with Android's latest.
